Computer PROS COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Dear Computer PROS customers,

We know that you’re receiving many updates from various companies about their COVID-19 practices, and we wanted to share our practices with you.  As of this moment, Computer PROS’ retail store in Green Hills is open, with normal business hours.  We are taking precautions to make sure that our store is as safe as possible for our customers and associates.

Here are some of the steps we are taking:

  • In-Store and Curbside service are available to you
  • Wash our hands, and sanitize our check-in kiosk multiple times throughout the day
  • Sanitize all customer computers and accessories before and after working on them
  • Sanitize and deep clean the store in the morning before opening and after closing
  • Practice social distancing (6 feet is recommended)

We would also like to kindly encourage our customers to:

  • Approach Computer PROS with clean hands
  • Adopt the practice of social distancing (6 feet is recommended) while interacting with our associates
  • If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of illness (headache, fever, cough, shortness of breath) please utilize our remote diagnostic and remediation services in lieu of coming to the store.  In addition, we recommend that you consult your medical provider ASAP.
Curbside and Shipping Options

We want to make our store accessible to our customers, so we will gladly come to your car to pickup/deliver repair work or call-in orders, when possible.  In addition, if you are unable to come to our store, let us know and we may be able to ship items that you need to you.  Please call us at 615-383-8200 with these needs.

Call us with any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Also, please know that we are anticipating a much higher call volume right now, so please leave a voicemail if we don’t answer and we will call you back as soon as we are able.

Lastly, we are a small locally-owned business and we greatly appreciate your patronage and support.  There are many unknowns and we are trying our best to navigate this, and make the best decisions for our customers and associates.  Once again, thank you for being a valued client of Computer Pros!  We truly appreciate you!
