Computer PROS will fully refund most items within 14 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to ANY Opened Computer System, Refurbished Computer System, or ANY product not returned in “like-new condition,” including missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, or manuals or having been used. Sorry, no returns on items damaged outside the store. Exchange Only on the following merchandise: Retail Computer Software, Defective Printer cartridges, open box or clearance items, Special Orders, consisting of items not regularly stocked in stores (a 15% restock fee applies to refused or unclaimed merchandise). No Returns on OEM Software. Returns on Motherboards, Processors, Hard Drives, and Memory are at the current price or the purchase price, whichever lower. Cash returns greater than $50 will be issued by company check. Refunds on items purchased by check will be refunded by company check after 10 business days from the original purchase. PROCareCloud subscriptions may be canceled within the first 14 days of purchase by contacting Computer PROS. We will issue a refund less the Services rendered by Computer PROS employees and/or agents at current service menu pricing, and less a $50 administrative fee.
